These terms govern public pages and initial enquiries. They do not replace a service agreement or a project-specific data notice.

Descriptions of services and work help you understand Haneul Tech’s capabilities and discuss your needs. Mentioning a technology or feature does not automatically include it in every project or guarantee commercial results or performance comparable to another project.

Visual workflow, AI and payment-stage demonstrations are illustrative. They do not execute a payment, create a service account or provide financial advice.

The needs builder helps prepare a project brief. We discuss the details after getting in touch, then prepare a proposal defining scope, price and timing. Sending a brief does not accept the project or agree to delivery.

“Start your project” lets you submit a request through the website after privacy acknowledgement and verification. A saved-request receipt confirms that the request was recorded, without accepting the project or starting work. Opening an email or WhatsApp draft, or downloading a brief, does not confirm receipt by the company. Work begins under a written agreement defining scope, deliverables, fees, schedule and responsibilities.

Payment, change, cancellation, refund, support, ownership and delivery-licence terms belong in the specific service agreement. Website demonstrations do not impose payment percentages or a general refund policy.

• Use the site and contact channels lawfully. Provide accurate information that belongs to you or that you are authorised to share.
• Do not impersonate a person or organisation, or send unlawful content, spam or harmful files.
• Do not bypass site protection or access administration or another person’s information without authorisation.
• Keep passwords, recovery codes, sensitive data and third-party confidential material out of the public brief.

Brands, logos, images, materials and project interfaces retain their owners’ rights. A screenshot, preview or link does not grant permission to copy, reuse or claim ownership of them.

You may share a page link with its source attributed. Contact us about other content uses or a project attribution correction. Rights in your own deliverables are defined in your project agreement.

A project link, WhatsApp link or email app may take you to another service. Its terms and privacy policy apply to its use, and its content or availability may change. Linking to it does not place that service under Haneul Tech’s control.

We work to keep information accurate and the site reliable. Pages may change and functions may be interrupted for maintenance or technical reasons. Confirm details that matter to your project decision with us before relying on them.

These terms do not remove mandatory legal rights or limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Service obligations and warranties are governed by the written agreement and applicable law.

The privacy policy explains website and correspondence data and your rights. Contacting us is not consent to marketing messages.

The date above identifies this version. Updating website terms does not automatically amend an existing service agreement. Email us with questions or concerns about use of the site; statutory rights and procedures remain available.
